AZC Workshop Tour

Sports, dance and Music for young refugees

Since 2014, the AZC Workshop Tour has brought dance, sports and creative movement to young people living in  refugee centres across the Netherlands.

the story

Since 2014, the AZC Workshop Tour has brought dance, sports and creative movement to young people living in refugee centres across the Netherlands. For children and young people living with uncertainty, a workshop can offer a welcome change of rhythm. A chance to move, have fun, discover their talents and connect with others.

Every workshop is adapted to the age, energy and  needs of the group and delivered by coaches trained  in Trauma-Informed practice. By bringing the programme directly to refugee centres, Move Forward makes movement accessible in the places where young people are already living.
